Hello! Welcome

I’m Disha, founder of Nourishing Autoimmunity, a holistic autoimmune wellness resource created to help people living with chronic illness support their body, mind, and daily life with compassion and practical tools.

I’m an autoimmune health coach, personal fitness chef, and mom but most importantly, I’m someone who has personally navigated life with autoimmune disease for over 30 years.

After years of learning how to live with my body instead of fighting against it, I discovered that healing isn’t about perfection , it’s about nourishment, awareness, and sustainable habits.

Today, I help others:

  • Understand and support their autoimmune health with compassionate, natural approaches
  • Build realistic daily wellness routines that work with real life not perfection
  • Nourish their bodies and regain confidence through sustainable lifestyle and self-care practices

Nourishing Autoimmunity was created to be more than coaching . It’s a resource hub, support space, and wellness guide for anyone learning to live well with autoimmune disease.
